What is the Important Talent for ESG team member? ‘Social Savvy(Mega-Insider)’ ‘Willing for Understanding Business’ ‘Digital Transformation Skills’ ‘SNS Skills’ In the Human Resources Organizational Environment and Structure class, I am asked what individual capabilities are suitable for the ESG team, and I leave my thoughts. Recently, as ESG departments have been established in many corporate organizations, it appears that there are many difficulties in integrating them within the company.
