YD's Diary #17 New Report Philosophy : TRUE
After joining the company, I spent 10 years diligently executing projects and delivering results I could be proud of—without regrets. Through that journey, I came to define four core personal values: Respecting, Listening, Planning, and Assuring. I combined these principles into a personal work philosophy, which I expressed through the following statement: "LISTEN closely with RESPECT, and PLAN Exhaustively—then you are going to ASSURE project success." By my 15th year, while working in PMO on Risk Management and reporting to executives, I realized the need for a new philosophy. After a year of reflection and experience, I identified three key elements essential for executive-level reporting: Transparency, Exhaustiveness, and Assurance.
